IBM's annual report on digital marketing metrics examines email and mobile marketing messages sent by thousands of brands, using measurements to establish benchmarks. The report includes traditional benchmark metrics like email marketing open, click-through and unsubscribe rates, email client and device data, and engagement read rates. New this year are delivery and message frequency metrics for SMS, and open and click-through rates for mobile push messages.
