The IBM Cloud HPC Cluster service will be deprecated on May 31, 2019

Thank you for using the IBM Cloud HPC Cluster service. We’d like to inform you that we will be retiring the service on May 31, 2019.

End of Marketing Date: May 31, 2019

As of May 31, 2019, new HPC Cluster instances cannot be provisioned. However, existing instances will continue to be supported.

End of Support Date: June 30, 2019

  • For a period of 30 days after the End of Marketing Date—through June 30, 2019—all existing HPC Cluster environments will continue to be accessible via the IBM Cloud dashboard. All existing HPC Cluster environments will also continue to be supported by IBM Cloud.
  • Any environments still provisioned as of the End of Support Date will be deleted.
  • As needed, please download any logs or data associated with your environment(s) before the End of Support Date.
  • Please delete your HPC Cluster environments before the End of Support Date.
