Error description

• If you create a One Time MWM Window, starting on the 31st of
  the month and ending on the 1st of the next month, the maint
  window does not end as expected.
  
  If you check the MM_WINDOWS table you will see that the
  OT_ENDTIME value that you see is correct, but if you check the
  EOT_ENDTIME value and translate it to a Date/Time, it has been
  miscalculated to be 1 month later then intended.
  
  To reproduce:
  Create a One Time Window from any time of the 31st of a month to
  anytime on the 1st of the following month (1 day later). Then
  check the EOT_ENDTIME value in the MM_WINDOWS table.

• Changed the Add1TWin policy to correctly calculate the endtime.
