Neil Dhar is the Senior Vice President of the Americas for IBM Consulting, where he leads the firm's consulting business across the United States, Canada and Latin America. He is responsible for driving growth, strengthening strategic client relationships and delivering transformation at scale across some of IBM's most dynamic markets.

Working closely with organizations across industries, Neil helps clients unlock the value of AI, hybrid cloud and emerging technologies while accelerating innovation and business growth.

Experience and areas of expertise

Neil joined IBM in 2024 after a distinguished 30-year career. At PwC, he held several senior leadership roles, including Vice Chairman and Co-CEO of Consulting, Vice Chairman and Chief Client Officer, Head of Financial Services and Head of M&A Capital Markets. As a member of PwC's Executive Management Committee, he advised C-suite executives across financial services, private equity and product industries. His expertise spans business transformation, growth strategy, consulting leadership, financial services, enterprise innovation, and AI -enabled transformation.
