Social metrics table in Monthly Dataset The Social Metrics tables in the Monthly Dataset have been updated to incorporate tag data. This allows PowerReports to filter and aggregate Social Metrics data by the tags that are applied to accounts. The update requires some changes to the table structure and affects data export files. Extract for Accounts (extract)
  • A new column named 'Updated On' was added to the API report '_Envizi-ExtractForAccounts' and its corresponding platform report 'Extract for Accounts'. The 'Updated On' column reflects the date and time when an account was last updated. The new column was added after the last 'Account Style Cost Accrue Method' column in both reports.
  • A new API input parameter named 'Utility_Type_Id' was made available to the API report '_Envizi-ExtractForAccounts', and its corresponding platform report 'Extract for Accounts' as a new report selection criteria. The 'Utility_Type_Id' parameter allows the selection of a specific data type when running the report. If the parameter is not specified, it defaults to all data types.

Location table in the Monthly Dataset
A new 'Local Currency Unit' column was added to the Location table in the Monthly Dataset. The value of the column reflects a 3 digits ISO currency code of the default currency for a location based on its geographical region.

Social metrics table in Monthly Dataset
The Social Metrics tables in the Monthly Dataset were updated to incorporate Group and Region data. This allows PowerReports to filter and aggregate Social Metrics data by these fields. This requires some changes to the table structure and will affect data export files as a result.

Updates to several data type names
  • Propane Gas [gal] was updated to Propane [gal]. The name is being updated to reflect that the US EPA factors against this data type are for liquid propane and not gaseous propane. A separate data type is to be created for gaseous propane.
  • Propane Gas [gal] - Scope 2 was updated to Propane [gal] - Scope 2. The name is being updated to reflect that the US EPA factors against this data type are for liquid propane and not gaseous propane. A separate data type is to be created for gaseous propane.
