Monthly dataset - Basic fields

You can build custom PowerReports by using the predefined fields of the monthly dataset.

This topic describes the basic fields that are available in the monthly data set. For information about user-defined fields such as data type groups, intensity rations and social metrics, see Monthly dataset - Dynamic fields. For information about advanced fields that are related to specific modules, see Monthly dataset - Advanced fields.

Note:
  • All values in the monthly dataset are have applied both consolidation rules and location-group membership % rules, if they are set up on the platform.
  • All previous year fields are defined as current selection minus 12 months.
  • To change the global reporting unit for Emissions, Energy, Mass, Volume, go to Admin > Organization Preferences > Reporting and Dashboard Preferences. To change these settings, you must be a system administrator user.
