You can download any of the three most recent Version 11.6.0 feature pack releases of InfoSphere MDM from IBM Passport Advantage. If you need to download an earlier version 11.6.0.x release, use IBM Fix Central. For more information about each feature pack release, see Feature packs for InfoSphere Master Data Management Version 11.6.0 support article.
Important: Before you start, verify that you have an IBMid and that the Passport Advantage primary contact at your company granted your IBMid permission to access and download InfoSphere Master Data Management. If you do not have an IBMid, you can create one at the Passport Advantage site.
- Locate the InfoSphere Master Data Management parts that you need, both required and optional.
- Download the parts that you need from Passport Advantage. If you are not familiar with Passport Advantage, view a short tutorial about Downloading Products from Passport Advantage.
Tip: To download from IBM Fix Central instead of Passport Advantage, navigate to IBM Support: Fix Central and then search for InfoSphere Master Data Management and select Version 11.6. - Unpack each of the parts into a single temporary directory on your system.
- Follow the instructions to install the product.
Note: After Version 11.6.0.13 of InfoSphere MDM Collaborative Edition, the collaborative capabilities moved to a new product called IBM® Product Master. For more information, see Download IBM® Product Master version 12.0.
