Features and enhancements in InfoSphere Master Data Management Version 11.6.0

Downloading feature packs for InfoSphere Master Data Management Version 11.6.0

1. Download the feature pack artifacts from IBM Passport Advantage or IBM Fix Central.
   Refer to the Download IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management page to determine the part numbers that you should download from IBM Passport Advantage®.
2. For Fix Central, navigate to http://www-933.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/ and then select Information Management → InfoSphere Master Data Management → v11.6 -> ALL

Installing InfoSphere MDM or upgrading to the latest feature pack

Beginning with the Version 11.6.0 release of InfoSphere MDM, new features and enhancements are delivered to you using a continuous delivery model. As a result, there are three possible installation and upgrade paths. For details, see the Knowledge Center:

• Installing a new instance of InfoSphere MDM Version 11.6.0, including all of the available feature packs.
• Upgrading from Version 11.5 or earlier to the latest release, including all feature packs.
• Upgrading from an earlier Version 11.6 release to the latest feature pack.

Important: For InfoSphere MDM Version 11.6.0.2 and above, IBM Stewardship Center requires IBM Business Process Manager Standard Edition Version 8.5.7 with CF 2016.12. Ensure that this prerequisite is in place before upgrading to InfoSphere MDM Version 11.6.0.2 or above.

Installing InfoSphere MDM Reference Data Management or upgrading to the latest feature pack

Beginning with the Version 11.6.0 release of InfoSphere MDM Reference Data Management, new features and enhancements are delivered to you using a continuous delivery model. As a result, there are three possible installation and upgrade paths. For details, see the Knowledge Center:

• Installing a new instance of InfoSphere MDM Reference Data Management Version 11.6.0, including all of the available feature packs.
• Upgrading from Version 11.5 or earlier to the latest RDM release, including all feature packs.
• Upgrading from an earlier Version 11.6 release to the latest RDM feature pack.
