Resolving The Problem
MustGather: General Database Issues (start here if unsure)
MustGather: Damaged Database File (also for database objects that can not be deleted)
MustGather: SQL Services (SQL0204 n in QSYS2 type *N not found)

Option 6 - Database menuAll output is in the
/tmp/qmgdb.You will want to upload the .zip with this naming convention - TS Case Number_date_time.zip
Example: TS000000001_2022-03-07-15.50.28.800930.zip
