In September 2022, the Enhanced Data Repository (ECUREP) for IBM data upload no longer allows 'anonymous' FTP. This means is the user needs to use IBMid or TransferID credentials when using the QMGTOOLS commands such as FTP2IBMCMD, HTTPADMCOL, HTTPCOL, MAILCOL, LDAPCOL, WEBQRYCOL, and LWICOL.
It is important the QMGTOOLS library build be at build date September 23 2022 or later. This version allows the credentials to be properly passed to commands like FTP2IBMCMD and others.

Note: When using *HTTPS upload type, it ONLY allows the usage of an IBM Transfer ID. You are unable to use the IBMid credentials. *SFTP allows both IBMid OR IBM Transfer ID credentials.
