IBM Telco Network Cloud Manager comprises two distinct parts:

• IBM Telco Network Cloud Manager Orchestration - which consists of IBM Agile Lifecycle Manager a system for the management and orchestration of the lifecycle of virtual and physical functions as part of overall network services.
• IBM Telco Network Cloud Manager Assurance - which combines IBM Netcool Operations Insight, IBM Agile Service Manager, IBM Cloud Event Management, and IBM Operations Predictive Insights which provide AIOps capabilities.

Downloading and assembling the solution

1. Go to the Find Downloads and Media page on the IBM Passport Advantage Online website. You must log in with an IBM ID to continue.
2. Under Download finder options, select the Find by part number search option.
3. Search for each downloadable image by part number.
4. Download all of the parts that you need.
5. Unpack each install package into a separate temporary directory on your system.

Downloading fix packs for the solution

1. Identify the fix packs that you need for IBM Telco Network Cloud Manager.
2. Go to the Fix Central website.
3. Search for the fix pack by product name. You must log in with an IBM ID to continue.
4. Download all of the fix packs that you need.
5. Unpack each install package into a separate temporary directory on your system.
