System requirements

Known problems
Release notes known problems are documented in the product support knowledge base. As problems are discovered and resolved, the IBM Software Support team updates the knowledge base. By searching the knowledge base, you can quickly find workarounds or solutions to problems.

At the time of publication, the following installation problems were known:
  • If IBM Records Manager is configured to connect an Oracle database by using the Oracle JDBC driver 10.2.0.3, a memory leak problem can occur after running the system for an extended period of time. You must upgrade the Oracle Client at engine side to 10.2.0.4 or later.
  • WebSphere® Application Server 6.1.0.19 might freeze after an extended period when multiple users work concurrently with the IBM Records Manager administration client.
