Abstract

The software can include financials, manufacturing, supply chain management, customer relationships, human resources, asset management, and back-office functions. ERP software applications run on various hardware and software platforms and use a database as a central repository for information.

IBM i has a deep development relationship with key ERP providers that support IBM i and Db2 for i as a software platform. The ERP providers include SAP, Oracle / JD Edwards, Infor, and Manhattan Associates.
