End of Support (EOS) Notification & Heads-up

  • IBM FileNet Content Manager 5.2.x reached EoS on April 30, 2019
  • IBM FileNet Workplace XT and IBM FileNet Application Engine (Workplace) reached EoS on April 30, 2019
  • IBM Content Navigator 2.0.3.x reached EoS on April 30, 2019
  • IBM Case Manager 5.2.x reached EoS on April 30, 2019
Several ECM product levels, including FileNet Content Manager and numerous others, reached end of support on April 30, 2019.  Limited support may be available through our Continuing Support program.  Impacted Customers are encouraged to plan accordingly.   Please see this Withdrawal Announcement Letter or FixCentral for details.  Details about Continuing Support can be found in this announcement.
