Troubleshooting
Problem
Solution administrators are unable to deploy a solution. An error is logged in Case Manager Builder information pane, solution deployment logs and in the application server logs.
Symptom
In trying to deploy a solution, where there are changes to In-basket configuration, the deployment might fail with an error.
The error in Case Manager Builder is:
FNRPA0032E The solution cannot be deployed because the Process Engine configuration document could not be imported. See the following error: Failed API_TransferConfig
