Abstract
IBM Datacap is a complete solution for document and data capture. Datacap scans, classifies, recognizes, validates, verifies, and exports data and document images quickly, accurately and cost effectively.

Known issues, limitations and solutions
Datacap Health Monitor Service throws error while attempting to Stop/Restart service
When you attempt to stop or restart Datacap Health Monitor service, you may encounter following error: "The service cannot accept control messages at this time"
