IMPORTANT:

Datacap 9.1.5 interim fix 003 is no longer be available for download on IBM Fix Central.  It is highly recommended to upgrade to Datacap 9.1.5 interim fix 004. This interim fix includes an important fix that prevents the creation of duplicate PDF files when using PDFRE library actions.  If Datacap 9.1.5 interim fix 003 is already installed, request you to upgrade to Datacap 9.1.5 interim fix 004 at the earliest.  In the meantime, support will be provided to systems previously installed with Datacap 9.1.5 interim fix 003 until such time it is upgraded to Datacap 9.1.5 interim fix 004.

Prerequisites for IBM® Datacap Version 9.1.5, Interim Fix 004

The official statements for hardware and software support for IBM® Datacap are provided as part of the hardware and software requirements for IBM® Datacap Version 9.1.5. Before you install this fix, ensure that you installed IBM® Datacap Version 9.1.5. For more information about installing IBM® Datacap, see  Installing IBM Datacap . Installing IBM® Datacap 9.1.5, Interim Fix 004

To install the IBM® Datacap 9.1.5, Interim Fix 004, use the following procedure:

Procedure

  1. Download the 915 iFix 004 package from  Fix Central .
  2. Extract the 915 iFix 004 package, and run the Update.exe file.

Access the IBM Content Navigator administration tool and update the JAR file path to use the latest DatacapWebPlugin JAR file. For more information, refer to the technote.
