Imail.im_scan() throws exception “NullReference” error

Troubleshooting


Problem

The action Imail.im_scan() throws an exception "NullReference" error, when a user tries to fetch multiple emails from mailbox in a single Ruleset.

Symptom

This defect is observed only for Imail actions. EWSmail actions seem to work fine in this scenario. 

Resolving The Problem

This defect is fixed in 9.1.5 interim fix 003 stream. The behavior in Imail action is updated as per the behavior in Ewsmail action. The fix that is provided in this stream works even if a user tries to fetch multiple mailboxes in single Ruleset. The fix creates a single batch which has a separate document node for each mailbox. In each document node it holds the details of fetched mails.
