Working with Mobile App
Using the IBM Control Desk mobile app, agents and managers can perform several IBM Control Desk functions directly from a mobile device.
Note: IBM
Control Desk mobile app is supported:
- On Android 5.1 and above
- On iOS 11.0 and above

You can perform the following tasks depending on your permissions as an agent, manager, or an end user.
As an Agent, you can:
- View, filter, search, edit, update, or close a ticket.
- View, filter, search, update, or close a Change Request.
- View or add comments.
As a Manager, you can:
- Click the Approval tab to filter, search, and select a Change Request.
- Approve, reject, or reassign Change Requests to another person.
As an end user, you can:
- Create a new ticket for themselves or on behalf of someone else.
- View, filter, search, request for update, confirm resolution or cancel a ticket.
- Browse solutions and news.
Note: The mobile app is supported for the IBM
Control Desk version 7.6.0.4 and higher.
