Backend Configuration and Administration

A IBM Control Desk administrator must configure the server for the IBM Control Desk mobile app.

Mobile App Login
When a user opens the mobile app for the first time, they are prompted to enter a server URL to log in to the mobile app.
Configuration when Optional Content Packs are Installed
Configure the mobile app server when IBM Control Desk optional content packs are installed. These packages provide a number of samples and templates that are carefully designed to meet many different business requirements.
Configuration when Optional Content Packs are not Installed
Configure the mobile app server when IBM Control Desk optional content packs are not installed.
Mobile App System Properties
You can log in to the IBM Control Desk classic GUI, go to the System Configuration > Platform Configuration > System Properties to configure the mobile app system properties.
