Software Instance Create Workflow page
You can use the Software Instance Create Workflow action on the Perform Workflows page to view the list of workflow definition files you can use to create a new workflow. After selecting a definition file, information about the data sets included in the selected software instance are retrieved. Your new workflow instance is created and is visible on the Perform Workflows page.

Columns in the Workflow Definition Files table
| Column | Description |

| Sequence | Order in which you should open the workflows. |
| Name | The name for the workflow. Click the name link to open the workflow instance in the Workflows task. |
| Description | The description for the workflow. |
| SMP/E Element Type / Name | If the workflow's definition file is SMP/E managed, the SMP/E element type and name for the file. |
| Data Set Member or UNIX File | The location of the workflow's definition file if the file is not SMP/E managed. |
Actions for the Workflow Definition Files table
The actions are described in the following table:

| Configure Columns | Select the columns to display in the table, specify the order of those columns, and designate which columns should be fixed in position when the table is scrolled horizontally. |
| Hide Filter Row | Remove the filter row from view. This action is listed only when the filter row is displayed in the table. |
| Show Filter Row | Display the filter row. This action is listed only when the filter row is not displayed in the table. |
| Clear Sorts | Clear the sort from all of the columns in the table. This action is disabled if no sorting is specified in the table. |
