Administrators: Viewing changes made to configuration settings

Global administrators with Service Administrator roles can now track and view the history of any changes that are made to configuration settings in the Settings page. This feature tracks only audit history from the MaaS360 platform 10.70 release and later.

Administrators can filter audit history by date (last 7 days, last 30 days, custom date), the type of setting, and performed by (search by administrator name), and then export the summary to a CSV file or as an Excel spreadsheet.

Settings history page
To view the audit history, click View Changes. The actions in the Change History column that are marked in green indicate that changes occurred for that configuration setting in the Settings page.
Note: Audit history is available to view in the Settings page for 180 days.
