All clients must be registered in Watson Care Manager so that you can
manage their care needs. Before you register clients, verify that they are not already registered
first by searching for them. You can manually register clients who are not already registered. If
clients are registered only in another application external to Watson Care Manager, you can
automatically register them with limited information from the other application.
