Running assessments and questionnaires

You can choose appropriate assessments and questionnaires to help you to create and maintain a care plan.

Program
You can see the contents of a program and how the program is progressing. You can run the program questionnaires and assessments with clients, and repeat them if needed. The date when an assessment or questionnaire was started or completed is displayed.
Running a questionnaire
You can run a questionnaire to gather information about a client.
Assessments
An assessment is a custom or industry-standard set of questions which produces a result that can be used to assess a client's needs. You can run an assessment by completing questions. If an assessment was conducted on paper or does not have questions configured in Watson Care Manager, you can capture a score only for the assessment.
Reviewing completed questionnaires or assessments
You can review a completed assessment and questionnaire to better understand the client's condition and needs.
