Managing firewall policies

You can raise requests for firewall policies in the Self Service to connect to your external systems from the IBM® Sterling Order Management System.

Users with the Organization Administrator and Developer roles can raise requests for firewall policies in the Self Service.

An Organization Administrator can approve or reject the request, based on the organization policies.

You can test the connectivity of your environment with the external systems after your firewall policy request is approved.

An Organization Administrator can also remove the approved firewall policy requests from the Self Service based on the business requirement.
