Adding the document review workflows for IBM Content Navigator to your workflow system

IBM® Content Navigator includes two predefined document review workflows that you can use in conjunction with or instead of custom IBM FileNet® P8 workflows. Before users can use the workflows, you must add the workflows to your workflow system.

About this task

To add the workflows to your workflow system, complete the following tasks:
  1. Adding IBM Content Navigator document review step processors to your workflow system
    If your workflow system does not include the IBM Content Navigator step processors, you must add them to your workflow system before you add or transfer the predefined workflows for IBM Content Navigator.
  2. Adding the document review workflows through the IBM Content Navigator web client
    IBM Content Navigator includes two predefined workflows that you can use in conjunction with or instead of custom IBM FileNet P8 workflows. To use the workflows, you must transfer the workflows into your workflow system.
  3. Integrating the translated interface text for the document review workflows into your localized XLIFF file
    Translated versions of the document review workflow definitions are included in the IBM Content Navigator installation media. To display the workflow definitions in your language, you must integrate the translated interface text into your localized XLIFF file.
