Integrating the translated interface text for the document review workflows into your localized XLIFF file

Translated versions of the document review workflow definitions are included in the IBM® Content Navigator installation media. To display the workflow definitions in your language, you must integrate the translated interface text into your localized XLIFF file.

To integrated the translated interface text into your localized XLIFF file:

1. Export the XLIFF file from the isolated region where you added the document review workflow definitions by following the instructions in Using Locale Resources > XLIFF Files in the IBM FileNet® P8 Information Center.
2. Open the XLIFF file for your language. The translated XLIFF files are in the workflows/nls directory on the IBM Content Navigator installation media.
3. Copy the entries from the PEAuthoredNames_1_nl.xliff file, where nl is your language code, to the XLIFF file that you exported from the isolated region.
   Important: You must modify the ID of each trans-unit to ensure that the ID is unique.
4. Create the PEAuthoredNames.jar file by following the instructions in Using Locale Resources > XLIFF Files in the IBM FileNet P8 Information Center.
5. Copy the PEAuthoredNames.jar file to the IBM Content Navigator WEB-INF/lib directory.
6. Rebuild and redeploy your IBM Content Navigator web application.
