You can configure access to mobile devices for users to
add documents or folders to IBM® Content
Navigator on
mobile devices. You can also configure custom features such as shortcuts
for opening and viewing other web pages on the mobile devices without
exiting IBM Content
Navigator.
Procedure
To enable access to IBM Content
Navigator on a mobile device:
- Click .
- Click Enable for Mobile
access.
- Select the appropriate user privileges.
- To add a custom item such as a shortcut to a web page,
click New Feature and enter a name and add
an icon file for the shortcut. Then, add the URL for the web page.
Tip: Browse, Search and
Home are system-defined features. You can move the features up or down in the
display order, but you cannot edit or delete the system-defined features.
- To make a feature available, select Display.
- Click Save.
