Transaction - Planned

To display and manage planned transactions, go to the Messaging menu and click on a specific Dashboard (Live Board). In the Transactions section, you can see different boxes that contain transactions in different statuses.

In this document we are going to learn about transactions with the planned status.

Viewing and taking action on planned transactions is restricted to specific roles. If you do not have access to this part of the platform and need to work with planned transactions, please contact your administrator.

How do transactions go to the planned queue?

In the platform, all transactions are processed following the flow configuration. The following can change the status of the transaction to “Planned”:

Live Board - Transactions planned
  • Future date: If a transaction is processed in the platform with a value date that is in the future, sending the transaction to the next correspondent will be held until the start of the specified day, and the transaction status is updated to planned.

Using the transaction planned queue for future dates is an option available on the flow configuration. If the option is not selected, transactions will never be planned and will instead be processed on the current day.

  • Auto forward: If the auto forward option is selected on the date configuration associated with the processed transaction, and at the end of the day the transaction is still on a non-final status, the transaction send/value dates are updated to the next business day. When waiting for the next business day, the transaction status is updated to planned.

If the auto forward option is not selected, transactions with a non-final status are updated to rejected status.

How to identify the dates associated with the transaction?
