Standards library missing or not installed

Problem

You might encounter an error similar to the following.

Cause

You might encounter this issue if either there was an error during installation or you did not have the permission to create an ODBC connection.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, you must manually install the Sterling Standards Database library. Ensure that while installing the library you assume the administrator privileges. For more information, see Downloading and setting up the map editor.

To resolve this issue, uninstall and reinstall the Standards the Sterling Standards Database library. Alternatively, you can manually create an ODBC connection. For more information about creating an ODBC connection, contact IBM® Support.
