Managing public views

A view represents the custom configuration of the items grid view for columns, their order, and other options. You can make a custom view by modifying the grid view and saving it.

To open the Views dropdown menu, in the ITEMS grid view, click the Settings icon () .

A private view can be used only by the user who created it.

A public view can be used by all IBM® Maximo Inventory Optimization users. Public views display the user name of the person who created the views.
