Saving the grid layout

You can modify how columns are displayed and sorted on the ITEMS grid view and save your preferences for reuse. Saved states are referred to as Views. You can switch from one saved view to another as needed.

The following view properties of the view are saved:

• Columns
• Column arrangement
• Sort order
• Visibility, which can be either private or public
