Enhanced Scorecards

You can combine the scores of two or more Performance Evaluations of different scorecards to give a cumulative view of the supplier’s performance through the enhanced scorecards.

Enhanced scorecards are based on the concept of dependent scorecards. While using an enhanced scorecard during Performance Evaluation, scores from the referenced (dependent) scorecards are automatically included in final performance score calculation for a supplier.

In addition, you can also add hardfacts for criteria in the referenced scorecard.

You can add roles that are used to specify if any user or a group of users can be automatically assigned as evaluators when you initiate the Performance Evaluation using an enhanced scorecard.

Enhanced scorecards that are created are available for selection in the Scorecard field when you initiate the Performance Evaluation.

Enhanced scorecards use dependencies, roles,or hardfacts. Evaluations with enhanced scorecards can be used as primary input for scorecards for dependencies of the secondary scorecards. Roles and Hardfacts of the primary evaluation are shown inside the secondary evaluation scorecard.

What do you configure

The enhanced scorecard allows configuration of:

  • Scorecard
  • Reference scorecard
  • Role
  • Dependency
  • Hardfacts
Note: Dependency, role, and hardfact can be defined for each criterion in the enhanced scorecard in the Reference scorecard section.
