Hardfacts Rules

Business organizations rely on actual data statistics. These values are called hardfacts. The table displays the options for the hardfacts rules while configuring the enhanced scorecards.

Hardfacts rules option Description
Calculation method  
Lowest value The result score is set to the minimum score value of all relevant hard facts.
Highest value The result score is set to the highest score value of all relevant hard facts.
Arithmetic average The result score is derived by dividing the Sum of all score values by number of hard facts.
Newest value The result score is the value of the hardfact with the newest creation date.

Hidden no evaluator The criterion is not displayed to the evaluators.
Visible no overwrite The criterion is displayed to the evaluators and they cannot make changes to the score.
Visible with overwrite The criterion is displayed to the evaluators and they can make changes to the score.
Match suppliers, categories, organizations, and regions. Select the relevant check boxes to match the basic entity. You can add child hardfacts to suppliers, categories, organizations, and regions.
