Hardfacts Rules
Business organizations rely on actual data statistics. These values are called hardfacts. The table displays the options for the hardfacts rules while configuring the enhanced scorecards.

| Lowest value | The result score is set to the minimum score value of all relevant hard facts. |
| Highest value | The result score is set to the highest score value of all relevant hard facts. |
| Arithmetic average | The result score is derived by dividing the Sum of all score values by number of hard facts. |
| Newest value | The result score is the value of the hardfact with the newest creation date. |

| Hidden no evaluator | The criterion is not displayed to the evaluators. |
| Visible no overwrite | The criterion is displayed to the evaluators and they cannot make changes to the score. |
| Visible with overwrite | The criterion is displayed to the evaluators and they can make changes to the score. |
| Match suppliers, categories, organizations, and regions. | Select the relevant check boxes to match the basic entity. You can add child hardfacts to suppliers, categories, organizations, and regions. |
