Defining Roles

In the Performance Evaluation module, you must define roles to add them on the referenced scorecard.

Procedure

To define a role on an enhanced scorecard, complete the following steps:

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Performance Evaluation > Configuration > Enhanced Scorecards.
  2. Select an enhanced scorecard for which you must define a role.
  3. In the Master Data section, click Edit.
    Note: The status for the selected enhanced scorecard should be Not released.
  4. In the Role definition section, click Add in the Role field.
  5. On the New Role page, enter the name and description for the role.
  6. Click Save & close to add the role.
