Note that the following entry shows how to install IBM Memory Analyzer into an existing Eclipse workbench - including 64bit workbenches.

 
Installing into an existing install is probably the easier and preferable route as you don't have to download and install the IBM Diagnostic Tool Framework for Java (DTFJ) plug-in separately.

I did the stand-alone Eclipse Memory Analyzer Version 1.3.0 install and noticed that the DTFJ was not visible after adding the dtfj-updatesite.zip as an archive site. I had to deselect the "group items by category" check box in the "Install new software" dialog to make DTFJ visible in the "name" list.
