As Lotus Premium Support Manager I get more and more involved with other Lotus Software (non-Domino) products -- which is absolutely great ! This also brings along some new challanges for me when it comes to troubleshooting issues related to integration of these products with other software, both IBM and non-IBM. The good news is that IBM is constantly doing their best to improve the consumability of their software. This ranges from base-product installation and configuration to integration with existing (non-IBM) sofware. In fact, as a customer you can share your experiences about consumability of IBM Software by completing this survey.
