IPM/APM V8.1.3 OS Agent 'Execute Command' (formerly 'Take Action' via ITM V6) for a Threshold

Scenario: Our company would like to create a Threshold that will run a command to restart a downed Linux service.
For ITM V6, our Take Action command would be the following,
'service <service-name> start'

To start off, you would need to find the actual path to the 'service' command. This path may differ depending on your environment. You can obtain the path by runnning
the following a the Linux command prompt,
The output would be similar to the following,
[root@nc9053113050 ~]# which service
The path can be verified by running a command such as the following,
[root@nc9053113050 init.d]# /usr/sbin/service rsyslog status
Nov 29 11:52:40 nc90
Now that the verification of the service had been done, return to your IPM/APM UI and while in the Threshold Manager > Threshold Editor for your new Threshold,
/usr/sbin/service rsyslog start
/usr/sbin/service rsyslog restart
