Firewall Considerations

Architecturally, an Aspera server runs one SSH server on a configurable TCP port (22 by default, but often customers use port 33001). The firewall on the server side must allow this one TCP port to reach the Aspera server.

How technical questions (Q&A) are handled by IBM Support

Technical question support (excluding some IBM Z agreements that exclude Q&A Support) allows you to obtain assistance from IBM for product specific, task-oriented questions regarding the installation and operation of currently supported IBM software.
