Ariso.ai uses IBM Vault to protect sensitive AI data without sacrificing performance
For Ariso.ai, trust is as important as intelligence.
Ariso.ai, creator of Ari, a context-aware AI assistant that helps organizations manage work, knowledge, and priorities, knows that customer trust is foundational to its business. To provide personalized guidance and support, Ari processes messages, meeting transcripts, personal reflections, behavioral data, and third-party credentials, making security a critical requirement.
As adoption of its AI platform grew, Ariso.ai needed a way to protect and strengthen control of increasingly sensitive customer information while maintaining the speed and usability users expected. Existing security processes were becoming difficult to scale, creating operational complexity and limiting visibility into how sensitive data was protected. Ariso.ai needed a stronger security foundation to reduce risk and support growth while maintaining customer trust.
To strengthen security across its AI platform, Ariso.ai selected IBM® Vault®, dedicated to centralize the management and protection of sensitive data, secrets, and cryptographic operations. The solution gave the company greater visibility and control over how sensitive data and encryption keys were protected, while replacing manually managed keys, processes, and fragmented manual controls with centralized governance.
The new architecture established isolation across organizations, users, and sessions while automating key security processes, including rotation, auditing, and policy enforcement. By modernizing security operations, Ariso.ai created a scalable foundation designed to support continued platform growth and evolving customer requirements.
Ariso.ai gained greater visibility and control over how sensitive information was protected across its AI platform, helping strengthen governance while reducing operational complexity. The company achieved 100% audit coverage of cryptographic operations, enabled zero-downtime key rotation across all tenant levels, and eliminated plaintext sensitive data from production environments. The architecture also delivered a median Vault transit latency of 0.46 ms while reducing Vault API calls by 96%.
With a trusted security foundation in place, Ariso.ai can continue expanding AI-driven experiences while maintaining the performance, governance, and operational resilience needed to support enterprise adoption and future growth.
Ariso.ai is an AI management system that helps organizations turn strategy into consistent execution, learning, and improvement through the work already happening across meetings, messages, documents, tasks, and decisions.
Its flagship product, Ari, is a proactive AI chief of staff and player-coach for employees, managers, and teams. Ari works across channels such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, web, and text to preserve context, prepare people for meetings, track commitments, answer questions with source-backed information, and automate recurring work.
Ariso gives leaders clearer visibility into alignment, momentum, and areas where teams need support, while helping employees build better habits and follow through. By combining employee growth, manager support, and leadership visibility, Ariso helps organizations improve performance without adding more process.
