84 customers reviewed IBM Public Cloud and the outcome revealed the following:

  • The highest average customer rating among leading cloud providers, rated above AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure with 4.7 out of 5 stars.
  • The highest ratings for customer willingness to recommend – 95%.
  • The highest ratings for security and compliance with 4.7 out of 5 stars.
  • The highest ratings for integration and deployment with 4.6 out of 5 stars.
