To add to this success, IBM Cloud was in 2019 acknowledged as the Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Cloud Infrastructure.
84 customers reviewed IBM Public Cloud and the outcome revealed the following:
- The highest average customer rating among leading cloud providers, rated above AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure with 4.7 out of 5 stars.
- The highest ratings for customer willingness to recommend – 95%.
- The highest ratings for security and compliance with 4.7 out of 5 stars.
- The highest ratings for integration and deployment with 4.6 out of 5 stars.
