Introducing the new and improved centralized notification experience.

We are excited to announce the latest enhancements to how users are notified about important incidents, maintenance, service provisioning, and other important changes on the IBM Cloud Console. The Notifications page is the centralized place to view and manage all events that might affect your account.

Automatically filter events

You can quickly navigate to the Notifications page from the Notifications icon on the menu bar. Unlike the Status page, the new Notifications page automatically filters events based on what is likely to affect you. It’s also easier than ever to know when you have a notification. By checking the notification icon on the menu bar, a red dot indicates when you have an unread notification. Additional types of notifications will be available as more services leverage the Notifications page.

More updates coming soon

With the introduction of the new Notification page, the IBM Cloud classic infrastructure specific pages are deprecated. The Notifications page now hosts all classic infrastructure notifications.

This is just the beginning of the ever-evolving notification experience. Stay tuned for more updates in the near future!

Get started with the new IBM Cloud Notifications page.
