We are excited to announce an enhanced version of the IBM Cloud Status page that offers reduced time to visibility of issues and more detailed and up-to-date status information.

Speed

We made a number of improvements to our monitoring, internal processes, and the way status on the cloud is reported to expedite incident notifications. You can still subscribe to the RSS feed and to the email notifications that are sent for incidents, as well.

Ease of use

You’ll now find ongoing incidents, active maintenance events, and 30-day availability details for all IBM Cloud services categorized on the enhanced Status page. Search for the services that you’re interested in to review the last 30 days of availability history:

Reliability

We have taken steps to make sure that the IBM Cloud Status page is more reliable than ever. Even if the cloud platform might be experiencing a disruption, you still get the most accurate updates for all IBM Cloud services.

Real-time reporting

You’ll now find that it’s easier than ever to let us know if you’re having issues with a particular service or  impacted by an ongoing incident. As an authenticated user, you can click Having issues? on the Status page to notify us right away. You can even report that you’re having issues with a service that might be shown as healthy in the console. Your feedback helps us monitor trends and investigate accordingly:

We want to hear from you

Head over to the IBM Cloud Status page and click Check it out to try the new experience. If there is anything we can do to further improve your experience, we would love to hear from you. Just click the Feedback button on the Status page and let us know.
