APAR status

Error description

• When compiling a large test case with -qipa=list=long, the
  compiler produces an internal compiler error.
  

Local fix

• Avoid using the 'list=long' suboption to workaround the issue.
  

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  Only users of -qipa=list=<suboption> are affected by this
  issue.
  
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Unable to link with IPA when -qipa=list=<suboption> is
  specified.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler has been fixed to handle the above case.
