Error description

After migrating to WebSphere V7 from a prior release, the
personal certificates where not viewable from the admin console
if the keystore had the read only checkbox unchecked.

Local fix

Check the "Read Only" checkbox for the keystore on the admin
console, save/synchronize, and restart the application server to
pick up the change.

Problem summary

When viewing the certificates in a SAF keyring that is not
user-qualified then certificates from both the SR and CR
regions should be displayed.  This was not happening because
the keyring object in the security configuration was
mis-configured as a writable keyring.

Problem conclusion

Added code to make sure the non-user qualified SAF keyring is
not views as writable by the runtime code.

APAR PM18121 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.13 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0.
