Introduced on the zEC12, z/Architecture allows a programmer to make use of Transactional-execution Facility within the machine.

Answer

Support for making use of the Transactional-execution Facility was added to HLASM with APAR PM49761. The attached document contains sample programs which demonstrate how these instructions can be used.
