This TECHDOC provides links for up to date information on what is needed for clients to send IBM data.

IBM has removed the anonymous ID from our servers (testcase.boulder.ibm.com) There is a new process for sending IBM data. This means is the user needs to use IBMid or TransferID credentials when using the QMGTOOLS commands.

To request an IBM ID

Have an ID but forgot your password
Use the above URL and select Already have an IBM ID.
Then put in your e-mail address or IBM ID and press continue
Click on forgot password to reset
