This document discusses the different versions of the XML Toolkit that are available today.

5733-XT2 and all options have gone out of service since September 2023.

Currently, there are three versions of the XML Toolkit available. They are as follows:

You can install 5733-XT1 and 5733-XT2 on the same partition because they use a different product library and also a different product ID. In summary, these are the different combinations you can have installed on the same partition:

o 5733-XT1 V1R1M0 or
o 5733-XT2 V1R1M0 or
o 5733-XT2 V1R2M0 or
o 5733-XT1 V1R1M0 and 5733-XT2 V1R1M0 or
o 5733-XT1 V1R1M0 and 5733-XT2 V1R2M0

Note: 5733-XT1 can be installed on versions V5R1, V5R2, V5R3, and V5R4 of the operating system. 5733-XT2 can be installed on versions V5R3, V5R4, V6R1, and V7R1 of the operating system.
