We are excited to announce that IBM Process Mining 1.14.0 is now available. This release contains new features and functionality including the delivery of five out-of-the-box Process Applications, a custom Process Application Builder, and multi-vendor support for RPA Bot scaffolding.

Process Apps

Custom Process Apps
Starting from IBM Process Mining release 1.14.0, you can create custom process apps in IBM Process Mining to automate the ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) process. The custom process apps integrate with the enterprise systems seamlessly and the data output of the process app can be used to create custom projects in IBM Process Mining.
Data stream integration

Data stream connection by using IBM MQ
In this release, you can create a data stream connection by using IBM MQ.

On the Processes dashboard of IBM Process Mining, you can now view all the data stream connections created.
Custom Metrics

Custom metrics statistics
Starting from IBM Process Mining release 1.14.0, you can view statistics of custom metrics in the Statistics tab, Compare tab, and Model Conformance and Process Variants panels in the Model tab.

Custom metrics category
Starting from release 1.14.0, you can assign custom metrics to an existing or new category.
RPA Bot generation

Create and manage custom vendors
- You can create and manage custom vendors in IBM Task Mining.

Create custom RPA bots
- You can create custom RPA bots by using a pluggable RPA bot generator.

Mark a custom vendor as default vendor
On the Automate tab of IBM Process Mining, IBM RPA is marked as the default vendor for RPA bot generation. In this release, you can assign a custom vendor as the default vendor in the Tenant details tab. The selected vendor is then displayed as the default vendor on the RPA bot generation.
IBM Task Mining Agent

The Task Mining Agent (TM Agent) is now available in a new and improved version. The TM Agent UI features a new interface to improve the user experience.

The latest version provides you with Pause and Resume functionalities while you are recording.

In the Task Classification tab of the Task Mining application, you can mark a task as a Human task to denote that the task must be performed manually. Such tasks are not considered for automation when you create an RPA bot in the Automate tab of IBM Process Mining.

Manage Snapshots
You can now refresh the snapshots that are created for your projects by using the Snapshot feature in the Manage tab of IBM Process Mining.

Static navigation pane
The navigation pane in the IBM Process Mining application is made static. This new navigation pane provides a better navigation experience and it helps you to easily navigate to various pages in the IBM Process Mining application.

Timespan filter
The widgets panel of the Analytics page now includes a new filter widget, Time span. You can use this widget to set a timestamp filter for the widgets created in the Analytics dashboard.

Manage monitor backups
In this release, you can back up the monitors along with the process model by using the Create new backup dialog in the Manage tab of IBM Process Mining.

Define recurring outputs for Process KPI monitors and an Activity KPI monitors
When you create a Process KPI monitor and an Activity KPI monitor, you can now manage the display of recurring results. This ensures fine-grain control over the monitor output for accurate process insights.

Define time zone based on your geographical location
In this release, you can schedule to run the monitor at a specific time zone based on your geographical location.
