This is to help the collection of data for Db2 for IBM i functional issues.
Resolving The Problem
If QMGTOOLS is loaded on the system experiencing the error, do the following:
ADDLIBLE QMGTOOLS
GO MG
Select option 6 (Database menu) and hit enter, you will see the following menu options (with most recent build, 09/28/20 and later):

Select the option that is the best match for your issue.
Be as specific as possible.
Don't select general database when you're having a remote journal issue.
MustGather: Invalid Access Path
MustGather: Database collection for potential hung job
MustGather: Guardium Issues
Usage Notes
These options are for working with the collected data in the
/tmp/qmgdb/ directory
All output is placed in directory
/tmp/qmgdb/If FTP output (FTPOUT) is *STDFTP (Standard FTP) or *BDFTP (for Blue Diamond customers), the collected data is zipped and sent to ECuRep (*STDFTP) or Blue Diamond server environment (*BDFTP). This will generate an update for the Case.
When data is collected, it is placed in
/tmp/qmgdb/-Case number-If Keep output (KEEPOUT) is *NO (N), the data is deleted.
If KEEPOUT(*YES) is specified the collected data is kept in the
/tmp/qmgdb/-Case number- directory. From there is can be removed or sent (FTPed) into ECuRep.
NOTE: If the /tmp/qmgdb/-Case number- directory already has collected data, and a new collection is taken using the same Case, the directory is cleared and new data written.
